RESEARCH PARTNERS NATIONAL OPEN CANNABIS CONSUMER AND PATIENT SURVEYC3RN and UMass Dartmouth Launched the first annual National Cannabis Consumer and Patient Survey in June 2018 In June 2018, C3RN partnered with UMass Dartmouth to launch a national anonymous cannabis consumer and patient survey of all legal cannabis medical and adult use states. MASSACHUSETTS OPEN CANNABIS CONSUMER AND PATIENT SURVEYC3RN, in August 2018, extended the survey to local Massachusetts healthcare and cannabis industry partners to develop community-led and created cannabis information resources and educational materials that are driven by the people and for the people. Document the most common conditions patients are facing for which cannabis is being used for treatment, which symptoms they use cannabis to treat, perceived efficacy of cannabis treatments, and impacts on quality of life
Document cannabis use patterns of respondents, including preferred methods, time of use, consumption patterns, access, and barriers to use
Ascertain common sources of cannabis-related information, and preferred methods of accessing information
Understand the demographics of cannabis users surveyed, including prior cannabis consumption patterns
Develop community based patient and consumer resources to support better decision making with cannabis and improved quality of life
